Help Desk Technician

Responsibilities
Providing technical support to company employees – computers, peripheral equipment, and software
Installation, maintenance, and updating of operating systems and applications
Handling and resolving hardware and software issues
Working with servers, backup systems, and communication networks
Documenting issues and solutions in a service desk/ticketing system
Qualification
Required
PC Technician certification - (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, MCITP)
At least two years of experience as a PC Technician
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and end-user equipment
Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office tools
High level of service orientation
Ability for self-learning and proactive mindset (“can-do attitude”)
Ability to work under pressure
Preferred
Knowledge and experience in networking – an advantage
