Serve as the go-to HR contact for regional teams—both field and corporate

Guide and coach managers and employees through employee relations issues

Drive onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies that support full employee lifecycle

Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning to align with our expansion

Facilitate performance management, coaching, and improvement plans

Implement culture-building programs including employee recognition and leadership development

Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote inclusive, equitable HR practices
