Responsibilities

Build skills suited for sales, marketing, applications, and account management by performing activities such as: Lead Qualification, Sales Pipeline Management, Quote Creation, Order Tracking and customer follow-up, Marketing Campaigns & Market Study / Analysis

Work with Regional Sales Managers to learn sales strategies and practices

Shadow Service Technicians to gain intimate knowledge of the equipment and its applications

Shadow Sales Managers and engineers to learn compressed air applications and system dynamics

Participate in meetings with other Sales Trainees and previous program grads that allow for team building and mentorship

Travel to Rock Hill, SC for training

Receive training on our CRM, Quoting, Application, Marketing and Travel software. Training will also be provided on contract law, basic finance as well as territory management
