Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of creative projects (e.g., branding, advertising, video, print, digital), ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality

Serve as the central point of coordination between creative team members, external vendors, and internal stakeholders (including recruitment, enrollment, and academics teams)

Translate briefs and strategy into clear project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops

Actively monitor scope, resourcing, and priorities — escalating risks early and solving blockers before they slow down progress

Support a culture of high accountability, quick turnarounds, and sharp execution

Champion operational best practices — including project documentation, workflows, and tools (e.g., Monday.com)

Be a force for clarity, momentum, and excellence across every touchpoint

Required

5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing/communications production (agency or in-house)

Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment with competing priorities and ambitious timelines
