Collaborating with global cross-functional teams and agencies
Analyzing and improving campaign performance
Contributing to the overall marketing strategy

Required

3–5 years of experience in field marketing, campaign management, events, or a related B2B marketing role
Proficiency in event planning and execution with proven ability to manage trade shows, conferences, and industry events end-to-end
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent events and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience creating pre-event promotional campaigns and post-event follow-up strategies
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Preferred

Knowledge of data center industry, infrastructure technology, or B2B tech marketing
Experience with marketing analytics, ABM tools, and CRM software
Background in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
Familiarity with AI-enabled campaign tools and marketing automation
