They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet callers, process appointments, and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and promote the brand.

Responsibilities
Convert incoming customer calls into booked service or lead setting appointments
Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable
Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling
Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information
Learn and follow with consistency the SOPs for the department
Assist with confirmations in any/all depts as needed
Use great customer service practices to answer incoming calls from customers and book appointments for our technicians
Answer all calls with urgency and in a professional manner
Meet the call center’s daily appointment setting goal numbers
Make outbound calls to offer maintenance warranties to customers
Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction of service performed by technicians
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of customer service experience is required
Excellent customer service skills, and experience with outbound and inbound calls
Ability to function well in fast-paced work environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Preferred
At least 1 year of call center experience is preferred
