Responsibilities

Design and implement business process models using Bizagi Studio
Develop and maintain automated workflows and user interfaces
Integrate Bizagi with external systems (e.g., databases, APIs, ERP systems)
Write scripts and business rules to support process logic
Optimize workflows for performance and scalability

Required

5+ years of experience in Bizagi BPM development and implementation
Strong understanding of JDE/Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, etc.)
Experience in Supply Chain Management processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics)
Domain knowledge in Energy & Utilities (e.g., asset management, outage management, regulatory compliance)
Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and web services integration
Familiarity with BPMN 2.0, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Bizagi Developer Certification
Experience with other BPM tools (e.g., Appian, Camunda) is a plus
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices
Design and implement business process models using Bizagi Studio
Develop and maintain automated workflows and user interfaces
Integrate Bizagi with external systems (e.g., databases, APIs, ERP systems)
