Accounting Assistant
The HYPE Agency LLC is a promotional event staffing agency located in Southern New Hampshire. They are seeking a part-time Accounting Assistant to support the Director of Finance and Controller with various accounting and onboarding tasks.

Responsibilities
Report directly to Director of Finance and Controller
Develop a strong understanding of the experiential marketing industry
Be available to clients, internal colleagues, and staff during business hours
Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and clients
Participate in company meetings on payroll needs, timelines, and deadlines
Remain organized with delegated tasks
Send onboarding links to new hires daily on New Confirmed List
Follow up on missing onboarding documents and tasks with new hires
Update New Confirmed List to keep Activation aware of status
Manage hiring new employees through ADP
Collection of onboarding documents
Troubleshoot any new hire questions regarding onboarding
Finalize employment in ADP
Update Talent Management System (TMS) and Paysheets with new hire ID
Manage Accounting Email
Respond to and resolve all staff payroll inquiries in a timely manner
Brand Ambassador emails including payroll questions and concerns, onboarding process, troubleshooting their TMS profiles, etc
Maintain up to date profiles on Brand Ambassadors as needed
Support the Director of Finance and Controller on tasks as needed
Phone Operations
Manage office phone calls and direct callers when necessary to team members
Update talent profiles as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office setting
Onboarding experience
Detailed oriented and organized
Trustworthy and reliable
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer services experience
Preferred
ADP experience preferred but not required
