Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy an intelligent chatbot AI Agent that enables merchants to analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions
Integrate large language models (LLMs), advanced prompt engineering, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based tools to deliver conversational analytics, dynamic data retrieval, and actionable insights
Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, and reduced bias
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and Chatbots, with practical prompt engineering expertise
Strong proficiency in Python and backend development, including FastAPI or similar frameworks
Experience building AI agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
Familiarity with MCP tools (e.g., FastMCP) and dynamic data integration strategies
Demonstrated ability to fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, and reduced bias
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and high-availability systems
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI behavior to technical and non-technical audiences
