Amerit Consulting is a fast-growing staffing and consulting firm. They are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid & Radiant Analyst to design, build, test, implement, and support clinical application systems, primarily in the cardiology service lines.

Responsibilities

Designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports clinical application systems

Serves as the primary support contact and subject matter expert for technology solutions within cardiology service lines

Supports clinical users by applying knowledge of clinical processes, documentation requirements, workflows, and clinical practice standards to adapt software solutions

Collaborates with clinicians to develop or adapt written protocols and workflows

Analyzes workflows and understands policies, procedures, and operational constraints of supported clinical or business areas

Prepares and documents detailed operational and technical specifications, including information flow, risk assessment, impact analysis, and application functionality

Configures, builds, installs, and maintains applications under the direction of the Team Lead and/or Manager

Coordinates and manages issues arising during projects within the assigned application area

Analyzes new software releases to determine required workflow changes

Performs system configuration activities, including building and populating databases and tables, system testing, and conversion data validation

Develops and documents internal procedures and establishes change control processes for applications

Provides customer service, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support, including during training, go-live, stabilization, and 24/7 support as required

Develops user training materials and trains end users on application functionality and workflows

Applies seasoned professional judgment to independently perform a full range of responsibilities, analyzing complex problems and determining appropriate solutions

Contributes to projects of medium complexity or components of large, complex projects

Demonstrates a strong commitment to helping users learn, adopt, and effectively use technology solutions
