They are seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Meta Ads Consultant to build and implement a Meta advertising strategy and run effective ad campaigns that drive growth in key markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a full-funnel Meta ads strategy tailored to Properstar’s target markets
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and acquisition
Analyse campaign data, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve ROI
Work closely with the CPO and marketing team to align paid social efforts with broader marketing objectives
Advise on and help create ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize campaign impact
Deliver clear, actionable reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement

Required

Proven track record running successful Meta ad campaigns, ideally for startups or scale-ups
Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimisation
Comfortable with data, measurement, and reporting—able to turn insights into action
You love to both build the strategy and get into the weeds of campaign execution
Fast thinker, fast learner, and a true maker who gets shit done
Fluent in English; other European languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French) are a plus
