Responsibilities

Performs SharePoint/Systems Administrator on multiple multi-tiered Farms supporting online collaboration services for a global audience

Adhere to Federal compliance security practices while maintaining high performance & availability service level agreements

Supports software developers, data and infrastructure competencies in an Agile environment delivering added business value to the customer

Perform SharePoint deliverables

Daily Server Checks

Monitor SCOM Alerts

Patching (ad-hoc & routine)

ONV Password Resets

EIM QA/PROD Deployments

Account re-enablement troubleshooting

Support for Ad-hoc requests from EIM teams

Coordinate with SDP via IssueTrak tickets

Monitor logs

Troubleshoot Tier II/III tickets impacting platform availability

Support for G2 Platform Projects (Server Upgrades, Rollover Projects, SPO Migration, JBAB and Saratoga Re-Alignment)

Microsoft SharePoint AdministrationSystem AdministrationWindows Server ManagementCompTIA Security+ CETroubleshooting

6 + years of related experience

Microsoft SharePoint Administration

SharePoint Management

System Administration

US Citizenship Required

6 years of SharePoint systems administration experience

Experience managing SharePoint hosted on Windows Servers/VMs in a datacenter

DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - CompTIA Security+ CE

BS Degree or equivalent Computer Science or IT related degree

Preferred

Familiarity/experience with G2 SharePoint applications hosted at the Service Delivery Point

Experience troubleshooting G2 applications issues
