Required

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage multiple accounts
Organizational and time management skills to structure and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
High school diploma required
Preferred
Proven experience or knowledge in employee benefits or insurance industry
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
