Play a key role in shaping both new construction and renovation projects for schools and other education-related projects
Act as Project Designer, Project Manager, or senior team contributor
Coordinate, design leadership, and client engagement
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of professional architectural experience
Strong design thinking and the ability to translate ideas into buildable solutions
Experience developing and coordinating design development drawings
Solid understanding of building systems, materials, and constructability
Confidence presenting design ideas and working directly with clients
A collaborative mindset and comfort working across disciplines
Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Openness to learning AI-enabled design and visualization tools
Experience coordinating consultant drawings and documentation
