Responsibilities
NO DOOR to DOOR Evening SALES
Engage with potential clients at their place of Employment
Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance policies tailored to client requirements
Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to secure optimal agreements
Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and assisting with policy explanations
Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies and expand client base
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA and other privacy standards where applicable
Follow up with clients regularly to review their coverage needs and foster long-term relationships
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively explain complex information
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to analyze client needs for tailored solutions
Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to undergo comprehensive training on insurance products and sales techniques
Must possess or be willing to acquire proper Insurance License with our Assistance
Preferred
Experience or interest in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations
Skills in sales administration, marketing, and benefits management are advantageous
Prior experience in insurance sales, analysis skills, or related fields is beneficial but NOT REQUIRED
