BREAKPOINT ASSETS is seeking a Chief Executive Advisor to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. This role provides high-level counsel on corporate strategy, organizational development, and major business decisions, leveraging deep industry experience for sustainable growth.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice and independent perspectives to the CEO and Board on critical business initiatives and long-term planning
Support the development and execution of corporate strategy, transformation programs, and major investments
Act as a sounding board for executive decision-making on complex or high-risk matters
Advise on organizational structure, leadership effectiveness, and succession planning
Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic transactions as needed
Assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and strategic partners
Represent the company externally when required, enhancing corporate reputation and influence
Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and policy developments to inform executive decisions

Required

Extensive senior executive experience (CEO, President, Partner, or equivalent)

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

Preferred

Experience advising CEOs or Boards in a complex or multinational environment
Background in [industry-specific field, e.g., finance, technology, manufacturing]
Experience with M&A, capital markets, or government and regulatory affairs
