Payroll Analyst
Premier Aerospace is currently seeking a part-time Payroll Analyst to join their team. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for processing and managing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll operations.

Responsibilities
Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders
Process employee changes such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments
Calculate and process bonuses, commissions, and other compensation payments
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2 years of experience in payroll processing and analysis
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
