Responsibilities
Daily repair and upkeep of the assigned apartment community
Preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents
Responds to work orders in a timely manner
Performs preventative maintenance
HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
Lock installation and repairs
Maintain and upkeep all pools on property
Maintain grounds and common areas to remain free of debris and trash
Minor plumbing
Minor painting
Minor carpentry
Appliance installation and repairs
Qualification
Required
40 hours per week
High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-3 years general maintenance experience
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, swimming pools and carpentry
Preferred
EPA and/or HVAC certification preferred
