Chief Operating Officer

Confidencial is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their management team and oversee daily operations. The COO will be responsible for translating company strategy into actionable operational plans, promoting collaboration across departments, and ensuring sustainable growth during the company's rapid development phase.

Overall responsibility for the company's daily operations management, ensuring the efficient and orderly operation of all business segments
Transforming the strategic goals set by the Board of Directors and the CEO into clear, actionable operational plans and milestones
Establishing and continuously optimizing the company's operational processes, systems, and management framework to improve organizational efficiency and execution
Monitoring key operational indicators (KPIs/OKRs), regularly evaluating them, and driving continuous improvement
Coordinate and manage collaboration among core functional departments (operations, product, technology, marketing, finance, human resources, etc.)
Build efficient communication and decision-making mechanisms to reduce internal friction and improve overall collaboration efficiency
Assist the CEO in organizational structure design and team building, and promote talent pipeline development and key position placement
Participate in senior management team decisions to provide strategic support from an operational perspective for the company's long-term development
Identify operational bottlenecks and risk points, and promote process standardization, systematization, and automation
During company expansion or rapid business growth phases, ensure the replicability and scalability of the operating system
Promote cost control and resource optimization to improve overall operational efficiency and profitability
Assist in establishing internal control, compliance, and risk management mechanisms
Ensure company operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Collaborate with legal, financial, and external advisors to reduce operational and management risks
