Super Soccer Stars is a leading organization in youth sports, dedicated to helping children discover their athletic potential. They are seeking a passionate Director of Coaching & Operations to lead coaching efforts, mentor staff, and manage the day-to-day operations of their programs.

Responsibilities

Deliver fun, age-appropriate lessons (ages 1–8), step in to lead when needed, and ensure quality across all sites
Recruit, hire, and train new coaches while providing ongoing mentorship, encouragement, and feedback
Oversee scheduling, staff assignments, and communication with schools and sites
Visit partner locations weekly, observe sessions, and guide coaches to maintain consistency and quality
Build positive relationships with parents through clear communication and a welcoming, professional presence
Support marketing events, help expand into existing and new schools and community sites, and contribute to the long-term growth of our programs

Required

1–2+ years working with children (teaching, early childhood education, youth sports, or similar)
Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with experience guiding or supervising staff or volunteers
Excellent at scheduling, planning, and managing multiple priorities
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and motivated to inspire both kids and coaches
Comfortable with a hybrid role—coaching on-site and managing operations across multiple locations
Based in Greater Austin with reliable transportation to sites in Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Spicewood, and North/South Austin
Comfortable using MS Office, CRM systems, and administrative tools

Spanish-English bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (not required)
