Responsibilities
Sell auto, home, life, and other types of insurance products
Engaging clients in discussions about different types of coverage
Follow a proven sales process to build value and customize an insurance portfolio to suit individual clients' needs
Engage telemarketing techniques to make outbound calls and generate sales leads for potential clients
Cultivate and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to effectively advise clients and stay ahead of the competition
Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records and documentation
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the agency management

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outside or inside sales is highly desirable
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively
Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and to demonstrate empathy and responsiveness to client needs
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management
Works well with coworkers and is a team player with a positive attitude
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for effective sales administration
Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams)
High School diploma or higher
Preferred
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to serve a wider range of customers effectively
1 year plus experience in insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty & Life Insurance License
Bachelor's degree or higher
