Responsibilities
Involvement in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation demands, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Preparing complex pleadings and drafting intricate motions and briefs
Managing correspondence with clients, experts, and opposing attorneys
Taking the lead on depositions, working closely with experts, and engaging directly with clients
Being proficient in all aspects of the discovery process
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, specifically within Personal Injury
Licensed to practice law in the state of CA and in good standing (required)
Strong legal writing and research skills
A proven track record of attention to detail in all aspects of your work
Litigation experience is required; trial experience is a plus
