Responsibilities
Will work within a team environment preparing construction documents on a variety of development projects which include residential/commercial subdivisions, institutional, educational, and municipal site plans
Produce roadway grades and alignments
Ability to produce large scale grading plans
Must have experience with reading and following codes, regulations, and design guidelines
Experience performing commercial and residential subdivision layout
Willingness to work in the office as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 2-5 years of civil site development experience
Candidate must be proficient with Civil 3D
Minimum of 2-5 years of civil design experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with others in our team-oriented environment
Produce roadway grades and alignments
Ability to produce large scale grading plans

Experience performing commercial and residential subdivision layout
Willingness to work in the office as needed
Preferred
EIT, PE, or ability to obtain
