Research daily to find potential new customers through the use of both an internal database and external research, then make regular, pro-active, persistent attempts by phone/email/text/social media etc to pitch our services and convince supply chain roles in technology manufacturing organizations to buy from us
Once accounts have been onboarded as customers, there is a responsibility to farm these accounts over time through a trusting buyer/seller relationship to maximize business
