SDR- Managed Services
Zazz is looking for an SDR with a strong MSP background to grow their Managed IT and Cybersecurity services in North America. The role involves qualifying leads, conducting discovery conversations, and supporting the sales team with pipeline activities.
Responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads for Managed IT and Cybersecurity services
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs
Book meetings for the MSP sales team and support early-stage pipeline activities
Explain MSP offerings in simple, confident language
Maintain accurate CRM updates, notes, and weekly activity reporting
Provide light account support once a customer has closed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in an MSP (Managed IT Services provider)
Experience in MSP sales, prospecting, or client engagement
Strong understanding of MSP services: helpdesk, NOC, patching, endpoint management, cybersecurity bundles
Excellent spoken English
Confident on calls with business and IT decision makers
