Project Execution Director
Strongland Construction Limited is seeking a Project Execution Director to lead the execution strategy for key projects. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and resource allocation while building and leading effective project teams.

Lead the execution strategy for the company's key projects, ensuring all projects align with the organization's strategic objectives
Responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, including planning, implementation, monitoring, control, and closure
Ensure project progress, quality, budget, and resource targets are met, and that projects do not exceed the predetermined scope
Build and lead project execution teams, ensuring that all project team members have clear responsibilities and can collaborate effectively
Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal resource allocation and coordination during project execution
Provide guidance and support to project managers, ensuring they can successfully complete their assigned project tasks
Monitor project progress in real-time, assess project execution status, and adjust execution plans as needed
Report regularly to senior management on project status, budget performance, and key project issues
Conduct project risk management, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure projects are not affected by external or internal risks
Communicate effectively across different departments, coordinating the needs of all parties to ensure smooth project execution
Hold regular project progress meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aware of project progress and to address any issues
Ensure that project execution adheres to quality standards and oversee the project's quality control system
Evaluate and review project deliverables to ensure they meet client or company quality requirements
Manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay within budget, and allocate resources efficiently to optimize resource utilization
Provide budget control solutions to ensure the financial health of projects
Continuously improve project management processes based on project execution experience to enhance the organization's project execution capabilities
Analyze problems and challenges encountered during project execution and provide improvement suggestions and solutions for future projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering management, project management, business management, or a related field
20+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years of experience in project execution or project management leadership
Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale cross-functional projects and extensive team management experience
In-depth understanding of project management processes, tools, and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Lean)
Strong abilities in budget management, resource allocation, and quality control
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively interact with managers and team members at different levels
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations
Proficient in using project management software (such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.)
A strong sense of responsibility, able to remain calm under pressure and ensure the successful completion of projects
Good decision-making skills and keen business acumen, able to make quick and informed decisions based on circumstances
Strong leadership skills, able to motivate team members and drive efficient teamwork
