Inside Sales Representative - Fire Sprinkler Service
United States Alliance Fire Protection, Inc. is a financially strong contractor dedicated to saving lives and property through the life-safety systems we install and service. The Inside Sales Representative will support the service division sales by managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities into booked projects.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals
Sell fire sprinkler inspections, testing, repairs, and maintenance contracts
Prepare accurate quotes and follow‑up with customers to secure deals
Collaborate with outside sales reps and service teams
Maintain updated records in CRM
Qualification
Required
2+ years inside sales/customer service experience, ideally in fire protection or technical services
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Experience with Microsoft Office & CRM tools
Preferred
NFPA knowledge a plus (training provided)
