This role is responsible for managing the Company’s series of credit funds, including books and records, tax analysis and reporting, and cash management
The selected candidate will serve as the main point of contact with external tax, audit and will liaise with fund administrators
Qualification
Required
5+ years of management level experience within a Private Equity firm
Bachelor degree required
Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance issues, and filing procedures for both federal and state taxes
Proficiency with managing tax for private fund structures (LPs), joint ventures and private REITs
Mastery of QuickBooks Office Pro (or similar accounting software), Excel, Word
Self-starter attitude with ability to act independently and foster creative solutions
Natural leadership skills, poise, and professional demeanor
Sharp attention to detail with ability to develop processes
Preferred
Experience in private credit or real estate
Public Accounting firm experience
Finance and accounting concentrations
CPA designation or equivalent highly preferred
