Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for all operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes
Drive business planning
Oversee operational management
Optimize resource allocation
Manage budgets and finances
Develop strategies to achieve business goals
Work closely with other key executives to ensure organizational growth, operational excellence, and team success

Required

Strong expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
Proven skills in Operations Management and process improvement
Analytical abilities to evaluate data, monitor performance, and implement effective solutions
Experience in Finance and Budgeting to oversee financial planning and sustainable resource allocation
Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive team performance and organizational collaboration
Proficiency in remote team management and the use of digital collaboration tools
A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field is required
Experience in the technology or security industry is a significant advantage

Preferred

An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferable
