Responsibilities
Lead a large, skilled maintenance team responsible for keeping a highly automated, high-volume operation running at peak performance
Influence big decisions—own the capital plan, EOM strategy, and critical reliability efforts for the site
Work with a wide range of technologies including hydraulics, electrical systems, pneumatics, power transmission, welding, and fabrication
Be a key driver of predictive & preventative maintenance, CMMS utilization, and long-term asset care strategies
Make a measurable impact by improving equipment uptime, safety, and performance in a facility that values continuous improvement and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
7+ years of maintenance leadership, ideally within a fast-moving industrial or manufacturing environment
Proven success supervising and developing large teams
Strong working knowledge of plant equipment, operations, and reliability systems, including CMMS platforms
Ability to read and apply blueprints, P&IDs, and technical schematics to troubleshoot and resolve downtime issues
Strength in budgeting, planning, and organizing maintenance activities at scale
Experience performing or directing root cause failure analysis and driving permanent corrective actions
