The role involves supporting the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance the organization’s brand and strengthen community relationships.

Responsibilities
Engage with community partners, stakeholders, and audiences to advance communication objectives
Support the creation of client presentations and participate in public-facing communication efforts designed to support consumer sales
Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events
Conduct research to remain current with industry trends, communication methods, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for communication materials and projects
Coordinate logistics for meetings, outreach activities, and communication-related initiatives
Review and interpret feedback from communication campaigns to help identify areas for improvement
Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to support the development of new communication strategies
Assist in maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and budgets when needed
Implement direction and feedback from supervisors to enhance communication effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Must be able to commute to the office Monday–Friday
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with the ability to work well in a team setting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Basic public-speaking skills or willingness to develop them
Understanding of audience engagement and targeted messaging strategies
Eagerness to learn new communication tools and techniques
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities
Preferred
Previous experience or internships in communications, marketing, or related fields is a plus but not required
