Work closely with the lead Partners in both Chicago and other offices
Handle your own caseload of insurance coverage disputes
Attend State and Federal court on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants for case management conferences, motion hearings, non-jury trials, and post-trial collection efforts
Qualification
Required
Min of 3 year(s) of insurance coverage experience
Strong academic background - including J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Illinois
Excellent writing and case management skills
Function both independently and within a team environment
