Responsibilities

Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating risk exposure through appropriate documentation

Applying knowledge and understanding of coverage forms, rating plans and adequate pricing through proper classification, accuracy of information and adherence to company underwriting standards

Conducting continuous profit and growth analysis of assigned territory and agencies

Proactively seeking to retain key renewals by working closely with agents and internal business partners

Providing internal and external customer service

Partnering with Marketing to create a business plan for assigned territory with an emphasis on agency planning, strong renewal retention and a profitable new business pipeline

Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned or directed
