Responsibilities
Understand employees’ strengths and weaknesses and provide individualized support
Recruit, interview, and onboard new talent; participate in job fairs as needed
Coach, mentor, and offboard employees when necessary to maintain team effectiveness
Assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and complete timely 30/60/90-day and annual evaluations
Develop and execute cross-training programs to grow employee skills and meet company needs
Ensure production deadlines, quality standards, and performance goals are consistently met
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout production
Organize, monitor, and manage workflow while tracking budgeted hours
Maintain MIPs and perform redlines as required to support accurate production
Adapt to changing project priorities and delegate effectively to resolve conflicts and challenges
Communicate clearly across departments regarding project status, priorities, and needs
Foster positive interdepartmental relationships and promote company culture
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, and climb as necessary to perform inspections and tasks
Ascend and descend vertical ladders, stand and walk for 10+ hours, and work in confined spaces
Lift, push, pull, or carry loads up to approximately 50 pounds as required
Use hands and fingers for handling, reaching, and performing repetitive motions
Perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and repeated movements
Maintain vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
