Responsibilities
Build and scale the core platform
Design services for reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, and long‑term growth
Establish deployment and runtime patterns (containers, orchestration, IaC, secrets, CI/CD)
Build first‑class observability across metrics, logs, and traces
Own your systems in production and continuously improve them
Build pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver high‑quality financial data
Integrate validation, lineage, and drift detection directly into workflows
Expose clean, well‑modeled datasets with strong contracts for agents and product surfaces
Reduce complexity by creating elegant, composable systems
Capture accounting entities, relationships, and rules in well‑structured schemas
Design abstractions that enable reasoning, automation, and safe agent behavior
Build systems that encode domain constraints and enforce what agents can or cannot do
Scope, architect, implement, and deliver projects end‑to‑end as an RP
Document decisions so others can build on your work
Conduct your own postmortems and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate across Platform, ML, and Product to align on priorities and unblock execution quickly
Qualification
Required
Experience in building and scaling core platforms
Ability to design services for reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, and long-term growth
Experience with deployment and runtime patterns (containers, orchestration, IaC, secrets, CI/CD)
Ability to build first-class observability across metrics, logs, and traces
Ownership of systems in production and continuous improvement
Experience in designing and operating data systems that power AI
Ability to build pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver high-quality financial data
Experience in integrating validation, lineage, and drift detection into workflows
Ability to expose clean, well-modeled datasets with strong contracts for agents and product surfaces
Experience in reducing complexity by creating elegant, composable systems
Ability to model operational worlds for AI understanding
Experience in capturing accounting entities, relationships, and rules in well-structured schemas
Ability to design abstractions that enable reasoning, automation, and safe agent behavior
Experience in building systems that encode domain constraints and enforce agent behavior
Ability to scope, architect, implement, and deliver projects end-to-end as a Responsible Party (RP)
Experience in documenting decisions for others to build on
Ability to conduct postmortems and drive continuous improvement
Experience in collaborating across Platform, ML, and Product teams to align on priorities and unblock execution
