Growth Operations Manager
Autzu is a fast-growing mobility tech startup transforming rideshare by offering electric car-sharing solutions for professional drivers. They are seeking a Growth Manager to lead go-to-market initiatives, drive growth in existing markets, and ensure high vehicle utilization through collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
Own utilization KPIs — maximize vehicle active hours, booking rates, and overall revenue yield per driver
Lead driver acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives across Autzu’s active markets
Manage and execute go-to-market (GTM) playbooks for new city launches, coordinating between HQ and local operations
Build and manage strategic partnerships with Uber, Lyft, and other mobility platforms to increase driver pipeline and engagement
Analyze market and utilization data to identify growth levers, adjust pricing, and optimize local performance
Collaborate with Fleet Operations to ensure growth aligns with vehicle availability and operational capacity
Work closely with Customer Success to improve user experience, increase repeat bookings, and reduce churn
Develop and support marketing campaigns (digital, referral, and on-the-ground) to boost awareness and driver acquisition
Prepare weekly and monthly growth reports tracking utilization, cost per acquisition, and market-level performance metrics
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in growth, operations, partnerships, or business development — ideally in mobility, rideshare, fleet, logistics, or delivery
Proven record of driving utilization or yield optimization (fleet, logistics, or delivery background highly valued)
Data-driven and analytical — able to identify trends and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
Strong understanding of supply-demand balancing, driver economics, and GTM execution
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder; thrives in cross-functional collaboration
Hands-on operator comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Bachelor's degree required
Must be based in Austin, TX (preferred)
Preferred
MBA or startup experience a plus
based in San Francisco, CA, with occasional travel to other launch markets
