Responsibilities
Significant experience preparing the following SEC Reporting forms:
Periodic Filings: 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K
Registration Statements: S-1, S-3, S-4
Reporting package development
Technical Accounting Application (US GAAP, IFRS)
Consolidated financial statement preparation
Monthly/Quarter and Year-end closing processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field
At least 7-10 years of experience
Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS Accounting Standards
Public Accounting experience is a plus
Preferred
CPA and/or MBA
