Responsibilities
End-to-end billing of new and pre-owned vehicle transactions
Final review of deal jackets for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
Manufacturer billing, incentives, and rebate processing
Title, DMV, and contract documentation oversight
Posting vehicle sales, commissions, and accounting entries
Managing contracts-in-transit and receivables
Ensuring compliance with Mercedes-Benz and state regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an automotive biller
Strong understanding of dealership accounting procedures
Proficiency with DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Professional, discreet, and confident in a high-expectation environment
Seeking a long-term, stable role rather than a short-term move
Preferred
