Required

6-to-8 years' experience at the Counsel or Junior Partner level

well trained commercial litigator

ability to take responsibility for running complex matters from day one

experience in handling commercial disputes, shareholder and partnership litigation, matters arising from corporate transactions, outside general counsel work, and employment related disputes

ability to draft and argue motions

experience in managing discovery

ability to take depositions

experience in preparing witnesses

ability to appear in court

experience in working directly with clients

ability to exercise sound judgment and take accountability for outcomes

ability to collaborate closely with partners
