Be the first voice and main point of contact for clients
Guide estate planning clients through the process from start to finish
Sensitively lead initial calls from individuals calling after the death or incapacity of a loved one
Help clients feel supported, informed, and confident about next steps
Schedule appointments, send intake forms, and follow up as needed
Support our estate planning and probate team with administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
