Responsibilities

Providing expeditious and appropriate responses to alarms and emergency/non-emergency conditions

Monitor surveillance systems

Monitor violation alarms on the card access system

Monitor all life safety and medical alarms

Maintains logs and reports used to record pertinent information related to all situations

Operates personal computer

Answers multiple incoming lines

Performs data entry and retrieval of information retained in computerized databases

Operates a switchboard console, pagers and various communications equipment

Qualification

Switchboard experienceData entryVersatilityLog maintenanceCommunication skills

Required

Switchboard/multi line phones experience

HS/GED required

Sedentary work - (prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
