The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, building brand equity, and leading a high-performing marketing team to optimize customer conversion through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Own the marketing function end-to-end, from strategy to execution
Build and grow our brand in the market, defining positioning and messaging
Drive consistent pipeline growth across key verticals
Create targeted content, run paid programs, and optimize our website
Generate qualified leads and accelerate buyers through the funnel
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership

Required

6+ years of senior marketing experience, preferably in high-growth startups
Experience scaling marketing through rapid growth phases (Series A → Series D)

Hands-on experience in multi-channel campaigns, demand generation, and content marketing
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
