Closes and secures the Pro Shop
Books tee time, sells green fees and acts as course starter
Maintains cleanliness of the Pro Shop
Use customer service skills to respond to public inquiries regarding fees, equipment rental, merchandise and related courses and pro shop information, in person and on the telephone
Rent power carts, clubs and pull carts to golfers
Organizes, displays and sells merchandise
Completes and maintains proper city forms, reports and information for Pro Shop staff
Oversee the proper use of the golf course, Clubhouse and Pro Shop, and enforce rules and policies
Provides for a clean and safe work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum age 18 years old
Six-months prior experience in similar work environment, with some continuing education is preferred
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to learn pro shop procedures and computer experience is desired
Maintains reasonable, predictable and regular attendance during the workweek
Valid Driver's License/I.D
