The role involves creating engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital channels, working closely with other creative professionals to align with brand and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
Strong design foundation with typography, color theory and layout design
Support the development of animations, motion graphics, and 3D designs for new design concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments that align with project goals and brand identity
Ability to adapt existing static and motions designs to new sizes and formats for various web-based channels
Design and create visually stunning animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and video platforms
Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D) to animate text, graphics other visual elements
Manage assigned tasks efficiently, meeting project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality
Work collaboratively with designers and copywriters to ensure consistency across creative deliverables
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques related to motion graphics and animation
Experiment with new technologies and creative approaches to push the boundaries of visual storytelling
Qualification
Required
Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field
Minimum 3 years proven experience in motion graphics or animation
Proficiency in industry-standard software–i.e. After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills in graphic design and motion graphics
Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively
Attention to detail, creative flair, and a passion for visual storytelling
Preferred
Experience working with multiple brands with unique styles and tones of voice
Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) is a plus
