Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, including task analysis, to gather data on how users interact with products
Apply knowledge of human capabilities and user interface design principles to enhance hardware design for smart home devices
Utilize various human engineering methods (e.g., ergonomics, usability evaluation) in research
Foster an interdisciplinary approach in planning and designing user-product interactions, ensuring their efficacy and user satisfaction
Deliver impactful presentations to advocate for user-centered changes in product development stages based on research findings
