Sean Leffers is a design-driven textile house rooted in historic references and traditional handcraft. The Marketing & PR Manager will lead brand and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across various departments as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of brand, marketing, and communications initiatives across press, launches, and sales support
Translate creative direction into a cohesive, disciplined public presence
Ensure that marketing, PR, sales, and operations remain aligned as the business scales
Own marketing timelines for collections and showroom launches
Coordinate photography, copy, lookbooks, and digital assets
Ensure all materials are delivered on time and to a high standard
Serve as the primary internal liaison to the company’s PR agency, managing press calendars, interviews, and materials
Focus on disciplined advance planning—ensuring that marketing, press, and sales support are fully prepared and aligned with production and inventory readiness
Oversee external creatives, including a contract graphic designer and other partners

Required

7–10+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications, preferably within interiors, fashion, design, or other culturally driven brands
Demonstrated experience managing PR agencies and freelance creatives
Coordinating multiple timelines and stakeholders with precision
Strong project management skills
Comfort working cross-functionally across the company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High visual literacy and sensitivity to brand nuance
Ability to translate creative direction into clear, consistent messaging and assets
Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
Strong orientation toward preparation rather than last-minute problem-solving
Ability to manage agencies, provide clear briefs, and maintain quality standards gracefully
Discretion, reliability, and professionalism

Preferred

Experience working in design-forward environments
Hands-on familiarity with tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for production work, revisions, and asset preparation
