Implementing and improving quality assurance processes
Conducting training for employees on quality standards
Maintaining comprehensive documentation
Collaborating closely with production and office teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 required; AS9100 exposure or interest strongly preferred)
Experience supporting audits, documentation control, and corrective/preventive action systems
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement tools
Manufacturing experience required; wire, metals, or precision manufacturing experience preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to train and influence across production and office teams
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
Preferred
AS9100 exposure or interest strongly preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred; wire, metals, or precision manufacturing experience preferred
