Senior Marketing Manager, Corporate Gifting

Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
Partner with Sales to build targeted lead generation and nurture campaigns across email, paid media, content marketing, and events
Manage and optimize the corporate gifting website to increase traffic, conversion, and user experience
Build and maintain an annual marketing calendar aligned to key corporate gifting moments (holidays, client/employee appreciation, retention initiatives)
Identify new B2B audience segments and verticals with high gifting potential
Own the strategy and execution of demand-gen and retention campaigns—from thought leadership and storytelling to promotional offers and lifecycle journeys
Create messaging and creative briefs that highlight the emotional and business impact of gifting
Collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver assets that reflect our premium brand standards
Develop marketing collateral, pitch decks, and playbooks that align Sales to a unified brand story
Lead go-to-market planning for new corporate gifting products, services, and digital tools
Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and client experiences across all touchpoints
Manage B2B email programs, including promotional sends, onboarding journeys, and client education campaigns
Use segmentation, testing, and automation to optimize engagement and conversion
Ensure alignment with CRM, lead scoring, and nurture workflows
Track and analyze performance across channels to refine strategy and improve ROI
Translate data into actionable insights to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline growth
Test new content, messaging, and media approaches to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset
Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
Ability to partner with Sales to build targeted lead generation and nurture campaigns
Experience managing and optimizing websites for increased traffic and conversion
Ability to build and maintain an annual marketing calendar
Experience identifying new B2B audience segments and verticals
Experience in demand generation and retention campaign strategy and execution
Ability to create messaging and creative briefs
Experience collaborating with internal creative teams
