They are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join their Human Resources team, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles in the flooring and construction sectors.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse and administrative positions, mid-level salaried professionals, and sales representatives
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate selection
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and offer processes
Ensure accurate and timely candidate and process documentation within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Leverage industry knowledge to identify and attract candidates
Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment laws
Support onboarding and pre-employment processes
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years' recruiting experience, ideally in flooring, construction, or sales environments
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc…)
Recruiting experience in multiple states in the United States
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Able to multi-task and manage multiple processes in different stages of completion
Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy
Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
Proactive problem-solving ability
Preferred
associate or bachelor's degree
Prior Experience with Paylocity
