Responsibilities
Develop and nurture strong referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, and senior organizations
Strategically market our services, conduct market analysis, and execute outreach plans to boost brand awareness and lead generation
Represent us at health fairs, expos, and networking meetings, delivering engaging presentations to healthcare professionals and families
Work closely with the team to provide a responsive and smooth experience for every new client
Qualification
Required
Proven success in sales, marketing, or business development
MUST have experience within home care, healthcare, or senior services
Exceptional networking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
A self-motivated, results-oriented attitude, comfortable navigating a start-up setting
A genuine empathy and passion for serving seniors and their families
